Our facilitators will provide you with the following:

• Understanding the History of Oppression
• Understanding of how bias is created
• Practical tools and ideas for how to mitigate bias
• Time to collaborate with others about how you can mitigate bias in your daily work

Session Structure
Implicit Bias & my Practice Series:

• 2 hours of History of Oppression content
• 2 hours of implicit Bias content
• 2 hours of Bias Mitigation Content
• 2 hours of collaboration to support your implementation of bias mitigation strategies in your daily work
• Facilitation by experienced researchers and education leaders
