Community School Site Visits

The Greater Los Angeles R-TAC is partnering with regional schools and districts to offer California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) grantees the unique opportunity to tour and learn from community schools in L.A. County. These engaging site visits will give Community Schools staff a firsthand look at what it takes to create inclusive, transformative learning environments for students, families, staff and community partners.

Open to all CCSPP Implementation Grantees (Cohorts 1-4) in Los Angeles County.

Attendance is Optional for all CCSPP Implementation Grantees (Cohorts 1-4).

Limited Attendance. Capacity is limited to 25 attendees per site visit to maximize the learning opportunity for participants. Please check the registration links for the latest availability.

    • The visit will focus on Shared Decision-Making and Participatory Practices, as well as Assets-Driven and Strengths-Based Practice.

    • This visit will focus on Shared Decision-Making and Racially Just and Restorative School Climates

    • The visit will focus on the Four Key Conditions for Learning and Integrated Student Supports.

    • This visit will focus on Parent Empowerment.

    • This visit will focus on Integrated Student Supports, including college and career and wellbeing supports.
