CAL MSCS - South East Los Angeles Professional Learning for L.A. County Math, Science, and Computer Science Leaders Focus: Classroom Application and Implementation  

The CAL-MSCS program supports Math, Science, and Computer Science Educators. Participants will:

Math Educators:
Collaborate to bring the California Mathematics Framework to life through high-quality, relevant, inquiry-based instruction.

Science Educators:
Employ equitable, engaging NGSS strategies focused on student-centered inquiry.

Computer Science Educators:
Integrate computer science and computational thinking into math and science instruction through engaging, inquiry-based strategies.

This training is free for LA County instructional leaders thanks to the CAL MSCS Grant. This grant is designed to enhance educator, parent, and community leader expertise and collaboration through regional communities of practice.
