The Science of Boba: Culturally Relevant Teaching in the Secondary Classroom

In partnership with the UCLA Science Project, this one-day workshop will have participants re-examine, redefine, and reflect on how culturally relevant pedagogy enhances science learning...all through exploring the science behind Boba!

We will integrate Earth Science, Life Science, Chemistry, and Physics ideas through the Science and Engineering Practices (SEP) and the Crosscutting Concepts (CCC).
