Structured Literacy 101
CA is making the shift to Structured Literacy, but what does that mean? If you're new to the science of reading, join us as we dig into the basics and discuss first steps in getting started. Participants will learn about California's changing literacy landscape, brain research that impacts reading instruction, essential frameworks for literacy acquisition, and begin to consider implications for shifting instructional practices.
