Admin Support in Physical Education

This session is specifically designed for administrators and Teachers on Special Assignment (TOSAs) who support Physical Education (PE) programs, aiming to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively assist PE teachers and enhance their educational impact. You will explore the importance of a robust PE program in promoting students' physical health, mental well-being, social skills, and academic performance. Additionally, you'll learn about the essential qualities of an excellent PE teacher, such as expertise in physical education theory, practical teaching skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.

The session will also cover how to conduct effective classroom observations, focusing on teaching strategies, student engagement, safety practices, and curriculum adherence. Furthermore, you'll gain insights into providing meaningful and constructive feedback that fosters growth, encourages self-reflection, and supports continuous improvement.

By the end of this session, you will be well-equipped to support your PE teachers, create a positive teaching environment, and enhance the overall quality.
