This interactive professional development session equips educators and counselors with the tools and insights needed to confidently support students throughout the college application process. We’ll start by reviewing key admissions fundamentals, including what colleges are really looking for and how to help students identify strong-fit schools. From there, we’ll dive into practical, high-impact strategies to help students elevate their applications—from refining their activities list to submitting thoughtful, strategic supplemental essays. Participants will walk away with concrete tools, examples, and resources they can immediately use to help students submit polished, compelling applications.
