26-27 AVID Site Team Work Day and Data Analysis

The Site Team Workday is designed for a team that includes an AVID administrator, counselor, elective teacher(s), coordinator, and content teachers—preparing for AVID Certification. Teams will work collaboratively to use and analyze data for program implementation, improvement, and to increase schoolwide impact. Data will be used and analyzed for advocacy and access for AVID students, staffing, and to inform instructional and decision-making to promote AVID schoolwide. Teams will work collaboratively to plan, delegate, and prepare evidence for certification.
