AVID Center Critical Elements for Implementation
Critical Elements for Implementation is designed to support principals new to AVID or principals who have not attended AVID professional learning for a few years and need a refresher. The learning will focus on delineating what key elements principals need to know and own, rather than delegating, for the sustainability of AVID implementation.
The focus of this module is to provide leadership with an overview of the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework and deepen their understanding of the AVID Schoolwide Domains: Culture, Instruction, Systems, and Leadership.
