X Marks the Spot: Finding Treasure in Smarter Balanced Content Explorer 

Assessing the range of knowledge and skills is important for college and career readiness. Use this CAASPP website to learn how test items connect to academic standards.  Participants will understand how the Smarter Balanced Content Explorer can be used to illustrate what students need to know and be able to do on state assessments.  Participants will identify relationships between claims, targets, and standards; find evidence statements that define student learning, and locate test sample items.
