UTK, Equity, and Action

 

In this module, leaders are grounded in foundational knowledge and key practices of developmentally appropriate early learning assessments, with an emphasis on observational assessment for continuous improvement. Leaders utilize and apply an equity frame to explore, unpack, and critique current assessment practices through examining assessment artifacts across the P-3 system.

Throughout the module, leaders reflect, synthesize, and apply learning to transform in their local contexts in order to advance equity-centered, developmentally appropriate, and purposeful assessment into continuous improvement efforts across the P-3 system.
