Individual Leadership Coaching

Individual Leadership Coaching is a free program offered to educators who are committed to growing a culture of deep reflection with a focus on equitable outcomes for students. Participants will be matched with an educational coach who will support the development of professional and organizational goals. Goals & Outcomes Our coaches will work with you to: -Plan and implement programs, practices, and procedures to create more equitable outcomes and meet the needs of all students -Build capacity to achieve personal, professional and organizational goals -Enhance your ability to cultivate a culture of reflection and continuous improvement -Deepen collaboration and problem-solving skills -Meet challenges and opportunities efficiently and effectively -Coaching Structure -Up to 25 hours of coaching per academic year -1-on-1 conversations with an experienced educator -Online meeting format with opportunities for in-person activities -Flexible meeting times based on coach and coachee availability Our Coaches: Coaches are hand selected by 21CSLA staff to provide the best quality professional development for eager teachers and administrators. Coaches are either active or retired educators from the ValCo region and are trained on issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. Coaches are not here to prescribe solutions; they will instead guide you on developing your own plans of action based on your individual needs and interests. Eligibility: Participants must be a K-12 teacher or administrator working in one of our partner counties (Fresno, Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, or Ventura). Teachers must be 100% fully released and site administrators must have a clear Administrative Service Credential).
