Change is constant in education—and effective leadership is essential to navigating it with purpose and impact. Leaders RISE through Change is a dynamic learning experience designed to cultivate a coaching collaborative network of school administrators committed to growing together through shared learning, reflection, and action.
Relationships, Insight, Systems Thinking, and Efficacy — as the foundation for transformative and compassionate leadership, participants will engage in open collaboration, coaching conversations, and strategic planning to strengthen their leadership capacity and drive sustainable school improvement.
• Session 1- Relationships: Build trust and authentic connections within and across school communities to foster a culture of collaboration.
• Session 2- Insight: Use reflective practices and leadership tools to deepen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and understanding of team dynamics.
• Session 3- Systems Thinking: Analyze and map out school systems and structures to align with equity-driven goals.
• Session 4- Efficacy: Strengthen both individual and collective efficacy through goal setting, feedback cycles, and evidence-based leadership practices.
