Introduction to Implementation Science
Join 21CSLA for a 2-day in-person special training next Spring! This introductory session offers a foundational understanding of Implementation Science and will provide participants with a practical framework for translating evidence-based research into practice. Participants will explore key concepts, including implementation stages, drivers, and tools to support district capacity development within continuous improvement processes such as Differentiated Assistance, Comprehensive Support & Improvement, etc.
The session also highlights the connections between Implementation Science and Improvement Science, and how these work together to optimize continuous improvement efforts.
