Equitable Instructional Practices

Join 21CSLA in a Community of Practice where site leaders will:


1) Develop leader’s knowledge and awareness of high-return, equity-based instructional practices that are proven to improve academic learning for all students, with specific attention to students of color.
2) Develop leadership skills and capacity to support teachers using new teaching approaches that lead to higher academic achievement.

We will work with research and identified practices of John Hattie, Visible Learning, Belonging, Identities and Equity, by Law, Hollins-Alexander, Smith, and Hattie, and The Pedagogy of Confidence, by Yvette Jackson.
