Courageous Leadership Conversations
Join 21CSLA to explore Courageous Leadership Conversations. Participants will engage in the principles from three respected resources: Fierce Conversations by Susan Scott, Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability by Joseph Grenny, Kerry Patterson, Ron McMillian, Al Switzler, and Emily Gregory.
This session will cover:
- The connection between courageous conversations and your professional success
- The skills to address recurring problems, including attitudinal, behavioral, or performance issues, and how to confront tough issues with confidence and professionalism.
- The strategies to deal with violated expectations in a way that solves the problem at hand without harming the relationship - and, in fact, even strengthens it.
