Beyond Improvement Science Basics: Building and Sustaining Organizational Capacity for Equitable Improvement
This two-day advanced workshop is designed for those who are already knowledgeable about the basics of improvement science and will support leaders to implement improvement science in their organizations.
Grounded in the Reciprocal Learning Partnerships (RLP) framework for equity, participants will learn about leading and facilitating improvement science teams, developing structures and routines to sustain the continuous nature of the work, and using data and measures to support learning with an equity lens.
