Adaptive Schools Foundation Seminar
Join 21CSLA's Adaptive Schools Foundation Training to learn how to develop collective identity and capacity as collaborators, inquirers, and leaders. How we perceive the world, our construction of meaning, and the choices we make are a reflection of who we believe we are, our identity. This professional learning series supports professional communities that come together to learn and grow, with success for all students as the ultimate goal, by helping them develop, facilitate, and sustain high-functioning collaborative teams.
Day 1 Outcomes
• Understanding of research findings regarding the professional community in schools
• Increased awareness of what, why, and how of becoming adaptive
• Awareness of structures and processes for collaborative conversations
Day 2 Outcomes
• Extending the repertoire of facilitation strategies
• Internalizing four group member capabilities
• Applying Seven Norms of Collaboration • Increasing listening skills
