Full program description

Academic Coach Community of Practice

An academic coach community of practice is a collaborative network of educators dedicated to continuous growth and impactful leadership. This group engages in learning centered around understanding and utilizing data to drive instruction and student success. Through courageous leadership conversations, members tackle difficult topics with empathy and honesty.

Together, they explore systemic change, aiming to create equitable and sustainable improvement across schools. Coaches support one another in inspiring reluctant teachers, sharing strategies to build and foster motivation. Grounded in Brene Brown’s “Dare to Lead”, the community emphasizes vulnerability, resilience, and bold actions as foundations for transformative educational leadership.
