Full program description
2025-2026 Leading Systems Change: Improvement Science and Implementation Science
Leading System Change is a two-part virtual training series designed to support educational leaders in advancing sustainable transformation through Improvement Science and Implementation Science. Each session, two days in the Fall and two days in the Spring, is designed as a stand-alone experience, allowing participants the flexibility to attend one or both based on their needs and readiness.
Facilitated online via Zoom, each session will engage participants in interactive learning focused on applying practical tools, strategies, and collaborative processes that drive system-level change. The Fall session will focus on foundational concepts and strategies for initiating change, while the Spring session will build on those concepts with a focus on sustaining, scaling, and deepening implementation. Whether attending one or both sessions, participants will leave equipped to lead improvement efforts aligned with the evolving needs of schools and educational systems.
