Tackling Initiative Fatigue: Building Coherence for Lasting Impact
Too many initiatives, not enough time? Schools and districts are often asked to implement multiple priorities simultaneously, leaving leaders and staff feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. How do you know which supports to provide for all, some and few schools? In this session, we will explore how to leverage data from the LEA Self Assessment and FIA to inform the development of tiered supports for school sites. Participants will apply the Inclusive Policy and Practice domain to engage educational partners in fostering alignment between the LCAP and SPSA, and systematizing the allocation of resources to enhance coherence LEA wide.
Objectives :
- Understand the role of the Inclusive Policy Structure and Practice Domain to strengthen coherence across initiatives.
- Draw upon data from the LEA Self-Assessment and FIA 3.0 in order to advance equity through the implementation of site-level tiered supports.
