Strengthening Universal Supports: Equity by Design through CA MTSS
This foundational professional learning opportunity introduces participants to strengthening equitable and inclusive universal supports through the Integrated Supports Domain of the CA MTSS Framework. Participants will explore how Universal Design for Learning (UDL), culturally responsive practices, and data can reduce barriers and improve access, engagement, and success for all students.
Participants will:
- Understand the connection between universal supports, equity, and the Integrated Supports Domain of the CA MTSS Framework.
- Explore foundational UDL strategies that strengthen inclusive Tier 1 instruction.
- Identify a next step for improving access, engagement, and participation for all students.
NO COST to LA County LEAs and their schools.
