Improvement and Implementation Science Training
2-Day Online Event via Zoom
Leading System Change is a two-day virtual training series designed to support educational leaders in advancing sustainable transformation through Improvement Science and Implementation Science. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the improvement process as they collaboratively walk through various improvement strategies and resources.
Day 1 Objectives:
Participants will:
- Review a Problem of Practice and a working AIM statement
- Explore teaming structures and opportunities for updates
- Examine the role of Root Cause Analysis and engage in resources to support the process
Day 2 Objectives:
Participants will build upon their work in day one to:
- Review a working AIM statement
- Work through an example Driver Diagram and a Theory of Change to support an AIM statement
- Explore the role of PDSA cycles in determining next steps
