Family and Community Engagement: Building Capacity for Meaningful Partnerships
Engage in a five-session learning journey to build authentic partnerships for student success, strengthen collaboration, and transform partnerships into sustainable systemic practices. Attend all five sessions for the full learning experience, or join the session(s) that best meet your professional schedule.
The session begins with a 30-minute Connect & Check-In, providing participants the opportunity to network with colleagues, discuss current successes and challenges, and receive coaching through an open question-and-answer conversation.
The remaining 90 minutes will focus on a featured professional learning topic, offering practical strategies, research-informed practices, and actionable tools that participants can immediately apply within their schools, districts, and organizations.
Participants will:
- Connect with colleagues engaged in family and community engagement efforts.
- Discuss current challenges and celebrate successes through collaborative dialogue.
- Receive practical strategies and resources that can be applied immediately.
- Explore research-informed practices that strengthen authentic family-school-community partnerships.
- Leave with actionable next steps to support equitable student outcomes through meaningful engagement.
Whether you are looking for new ideas, seeking solutions to current challenges, or hoping to connect with others engaged in this work, these sessions provides a collaborative space to learn, reflect, and grow together.
