CA MTSS Admin Roadmap Training
As a site administrator, the successful implementation of the CA MTSS framework can be overwhelming. This session is your roadmap to help you navigate the MTSS journey with a focus on strengthening the capacity of your systems. Topics include building a strong foundation, creating a supportive culture, leading with confidence, and measuring progress and impact.
This session will provide an opportunity to dive deeper and engage with the tools that support the development of a clear vision and actionable steps to empower your school community.
Objectives: Understand key leadership moves for effective implementation of the CA MTSS framework:
- Phase 1: Build a Foundation
- Phase 2: Learn and Refine
- Phase 3: Grow and Sustain
In Person Event – NO COST to LA County LEAs and their schools.
